Where is Budget Storage located?
Budget Storage has three convenient locations in town, with our main office located at 7700 Franklin Street, Coeur d’Alene, ID. We have an adjacent facility on Aqua Avenue, as well as a facility on Hwy 95 & Lacey Ave, Hayden, ID.
What are the office hours?
Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
When can I access my storage unit?
All tenants have access 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
Tenants are never required to store long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. We will also take checks in person, through the mail, or in our after-hours drop box at the main office.
What security features do you offer?
Our property is fully fenced with electronic gate access, well-lit, and under 24-hour video surveillance.
Can I purchase boxes and other supplies?
Purchase boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other storage supplies from the office. Everything we offer is competitively priced.
